THAT all Items for Consideration and Consent BE APPROVED. The following items (4.1 and 5.1) were not separated for discussion purposes and were approved: 2 4.1 Approval of recommendations forming the 2022 AGM of the Brantford Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation, adoption of the 2021 Financial Statements, appointment of the auditor and appointment of Directors for the Corporation, 2022-138 A. THAT report 2022-138 Approval of recommendations forming the 2022 AGM of the Brantford Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation, adoption of the 2021 Financial Statements, appointment of the auditor and appointment of Directors for the Corporation BE RECEIVED; and B. THAT the 2021 audited financial statements for the Brantford Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation BE ADOPTED; and C. THAT the members of the Corporation APPROVE the appointment of the City of Brantford auditors for the financial year of the Corporation ending December 31, 2022; and D. THAT the following incumbents BE APPOINTED as Directors and Officers of Brantford Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation: i. President - Mayor ii.
