THAT sections 15.6.3 and 15.8.6 of the Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code BE WAIVED in order to allow a presentation longer than 10 minutes and to allow members of the Committee to ask questions of the presenter and staff in order to allow for greater discussion with the consultant.
