Brantford Heritage Committee

THAT the request to alter a designated property at 268 Brant Avenue in accordance with the details described in Application HA- 06-19, made under Section 42 of the Ontario Heritage Act, BE APPROVED subject to the following condition:  Receipt of confirmation that the required Minor Variance application has received final approval.

THAT the request to alter a designated property at 159 Brant Avenue in accordance with the details described in Application HA- 07-19, made under Section 42 of the Ontario Heritage Act, BE APPROVED.

A. THAT the request to alter a designated property at 88 Dalhousie Street (The Sanderson Centre) in accordance with the details described in Application HA-08-19, made under Section 33 of the Ontario Heritage Act, BE APPROVED; and, B. THAT the request to alter a designated property at 65 Market Street (Victoria Park) in accordance with the details described in Application HA-08-19, made under Section 33 of the Ontario Heritage Act, BE APPROVED; and, C. THAT the request to alter a designated property at 100 Wellington Square (City Hall) in accordance with the details described in 4 Application HA-08-19, made under Section 42 of the Ontario Heritage Act, BE APPROVED.

THAT the request to alter a designated property at 10 Brant Ave (Jubilee Terrace Park) in accordance with the details described in Application HA-09-19, made under Section 33 of the Ontario Heritage Act, BE APPROVED.

THAT the Brantford Heritage Committee 2020 Priorities BE RECEIVED for information purposes; and THAT the estimated financial resources identified for the Brantford Heritage Committee Priorities BE

THAT the following Minutes BE ADOPTED: 5.1.1 Brantford Heritage Committee - August 19, 2019
