THAT the additional capital repair costs of $400,000, BE FUNDED as follows: i. $280,000 from the Social Housing Capital Reserve Fund RF0473; and ii. $120,000 from the National Housing Co-Investment Fund (CMHC) Reserve Fund RF0580; and D.
