The following items were separated for discussion and voted on accordingly: 3 4.2 Brantford Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation First Quarter Report (January-March 2024) [Financial Impact: $25,000], 2024-374 A. THAT Report 2024-374 Brantford Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation First Quarter Report (January -March 2024) BE RECEIVED; and, B. THAT a budgetary increase of $25,000 to the Security System (access panel) Capital Project at the Richard Beckett Building to a total upset limit of $45,000 BE APPROVED; and, C. THAT the $25,000 budgetary increase to the Security System (access panel) Capital Project at the Richard Beckett Building BE FUNDED through the Brantford Municipal Non-Profit Capital Reserve Fund.
