A. THAT report no. 2023-147 regarding “The Strand Avenue – On-Street Parking Amendment” BE RECEIVED; and B. THAT “Parking Prohibited at Anytime” BE APPROVED on the west side of The Strand Avenue from a point 76 metres north of the centre line of St. George Street for a distance of 36 metres northerly; and C. THAT the necessary by-law BE PRESENTED to City Council for adoption. Prior to the vote, a friendly amendment was made to strike Clause C from the recommendation, and to amend Clause B to read “THAT parking amendments for The Strand Avenue BE
