THAT the applicable provision of Section 15.5.4 (Chair – temporary) of Chapter 15 of the City of Brantford Municipal Code BE WAIVED in order that the balance of tonight’s Special City Council meeting BE CHAIRED by Councillor Sless, who served as a member of the CAO Selection Committee, and not by the Acting Mayor designated for the month of May 2019.
