THAT Report No. 2022-238 Quarterly Reserve and Reserve Fund Update, BE RECEIVED; and B. THAT the following reserve/reserve fund actions BE APPROVED: i. Renaming of Reserve RF0476 to the Housing Provider Stability Reserve. ii. Transfer $1,086,890 from the Social Housing Capital Reserve RF0473 to the Affordable Housing Reserve RF0475. iii. Transfer $747,000 of special dividends received in 2022 to the Social Services Contingency Reserve RF0472 to support Year 2 3 phase-in of the City/County cost share agreement in the 2023 budget.
