THAT all Items not separated for discussion purposes contained within Items for Consideration and Consent Items BE APPROVED. 4.1 New Development on Housing Corporation Land at Trillium Way, Paris [Financial Impact – None] , 2020-318 A. THAT the Brant and Brantford Local Housing Corporation (“LHC”) TRANSFER legal title for 170 Trillium Way, Paris to The Corporation of the City of Brantford, as directed by the City and will comply with any and all directions of the City regarding the property transfer, in accordance with the Trust Agreement between the Local Housing Corporation and the City, dated January 21st, 2002 (“Trust Agreement”), all to be at the sole cost of the City; and B.
