THAT Staff BE DIRECTED to engage Landwise Planning Consultants for the preparation of a high-level planning analysis, at a cost not to exceed $12,000, to be funded from the Airport Reserve (RF0525); and C. THAT following receipt of Landwise’s report and consultation with the County of Brant Planning staff, Staff BE DIRECTED to report back to the Brantford Airport Board with a final business plan and high-level planning analysis for the development of commercial hangars at the Brantford Municipal Airport.
