THAT Staff Report 2019-500 BE RECEIVED. 2 N. Drake provided an overview of the report and explained how any proposed changes would go through the approval process. Councillor Utley asked about the World War One memorial in Jubilee Terrace Park. V. Armitage suggested that a more specific vision will have to be created due to the size of the area. N. Drake discussed the donation form that will need to be completed for the donation of the World War One memorial. Councillor Carpenter asked that these items be brought to another meeting.
