THAT Zoning By-law Amendment Application PZ-18-25, submitted by Glen Schnarr & Associates Inc. on behalf of Kennedy (Mount Pleasant) Inc., to amend the boundaries of the existing site specific zoning that applies to the lands municipally known as 205-211 Mount Pleasant Road, BE APPROVED in accordance with the applicable provisions outlined in Section 8 and Appendix E of Report 2026-137; and, THAT the Red-line Revision to the Approved Draft Plan of Subdivision Application 29T-24501, submitted by Glen Schnarr & Associates Inc. on behalf of Kennedy (Mount Pleasant) Inc., affecting the lands municipally known as 205-211 Mount Pleasant Road, BE APPROVED subject to the amended conditions included in Appendix D of Report 2026-137; and, THAT Pursuant to Section 34(18.2) and 51(38) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13., the following statement SHALL BE INCLUDED in the Notice of Decision: “Regard has been had for all written and oral submissions received from the public before the decision was made in relation to this planning matter, as discussed in Section 9 . 3 of Report 2026-137 ”.
