THAT all Items for Consideration and Consent BE APPROVED: 4.1 July 2025 Real Estate Report [Financial Impact: $241,800], 2025-385 A. THAT Report 2025-385 titled July 2025 Airport Real Estate Report BE RECEIVED; and 2 B. THAT staff BE DIRECTED to formally REQUEST The County of Brant to equally share the costs to replace or install items listed in Section 5.1.3 of this Report with The Corporation of the City of Brantford in their 2026 budget year; and C. THAT the City Clerk BE DIRECTED to forward a copy of the final resolution and staff report to The County of Brant; and D. THAT if The County of Brant approves the above-mentioned request, Staff BE DIRECTED to commence the work with funds from existing Airport projects as outlined in Section 6 at an amount not to exceed $241,800.
