4.1 Follow-up to Report 2024-120 re Council Remuneration [Financial Impact: None], 2024-273 A. THAT Report 2024-273 titled “Follow-up to Report 2024-120 re Council Remuneration BE RECEIVED”; and B. THAT the following comments of the Citizen’s Remuneration Review Committee BE INCLUDED in Staff’s future report to the Citizen’s Remuneration Review Committee: i. That Staff review market comparators for part-time hours, hourly rates and benefits program; ii. That a survey be sent to members of Council which should also include qualitative questions such as drivers for engagement; and iii. That the finance committee report regarding the Council spending report be provided to the Committee.
