THAT the following incumbents BE APPOINTED as Directors and Officers of Brantford Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation: o President - Mayor o Vice-President - Chair, Social Services Committee o Chief Executive Officer - General Manager, Health and Human Services o Treasurer/Banking Signing Officer - City Treasurer or Designate o Secretary - City Clerk or Designate o Signing Officers - President and Vice President; and D. THAT the minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting held June 3, 2020, BE ADOPTED.
