THAT the Committee MOVE in-camera to deliberate procedural issues raised by the parties to the appeal identified in Item 5.1 above, to discuss the merits of the appeal and to receive advice from the City Solicitor in accordance with subsections 239(2)(f) and (g) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, and subsection 9(1) of the Statutory Powers and Procedure Act, as amended.
