A. THAT report 2023-638 titled Exterior Restoration Work for 66 Mohawk Street (Cockshutt Plow Company Office Portico and Timekeeping Building) BE RECEIVED; and B. THAT the following comments regarding the Exterior Restoration Work for 66 Mohawk Street (Cockshutt Plow Company Office Portico and Timekeeping Building) BE FORWARED to Staff: i. The Brantford Heritage Committee recommends that money be set aside in the budget for protection of the structure during the mothballing process; ii. The Brantford Heritage Committee recommends that any additional protective measures available should be taken; iii. The Brantford Heritage Committee supports the undertaking of 3D scans of these types of structures; iv. The Brantford Heritage Committee recommends that the fences around the property remain, potentially with increased sightline opportunities
