THAT the request to alter the designated property at 95 Dufferin Avenue in accordance with the details described in Heritage Permit Application HA-07-23, BE APPROVED; and THAT the request for a Heritage Grant in accordance with the details described in Heritage Grant Application HG-02-23 for 95 Dufferin Avenue BE APPROVED.

THAT the request for a Heritage Grant in accordance with the details described in Heritage Grant Application HG-01-23 for 235 Brant Avenue BE APPROVED.

THAT the Prominence Point Sub-Committee BE RE-ESTABLISHED according to the Prominence Point Sub-Committee Mandate, attached in Appendix A to Report 2023-453, and THAT the appointment of the following five members to the Sub-Committee BE APPROVED: Councillor Samwell Councillor Sullivan Nathan Etherington Sandra Micucci Bev Garner

THAT the minutes of the May 29, 2023 Heritage Advisory Committee meeting BE RECEIVED

THAT the verbal update regarding attendance of Brantford Heritage Committee Members at the 2023 Ontario Heritage Conference in London, Ontario BE RECEIVED.
