THAT Report 2023-129 titled February 2023 Real Estate and Facilities Report BE RECEIVED. 5.1.1 Leasing Update Ron Gasparetto advised Committee there was no leasing update. 5.1.2 Facilities Update Kim Wyskiel provided a facilities update to the Committee. 5.1.3 Airport Management Update Shawn Broughton provided an Airport Management update to Committee advising there is interest in putting up a Rogers communication tower at the airport that would be 50 m in height. Mr. Broughton also advised Committee that the RCMP attended the Brantford Airport and advised they would be visiting frequently. Mr. Broughton also advised customs personnel have also been attending the airport. Mr. Broughton advised Committee the Ministry of Transportation has rented the Airport for a 4 day training session that will generate approximately $5,000 in revenue.
