THAT the application regarding Candidate Mandy Samwell BE REJECTED for the following reasons: The matter of recording in-kind contributions from two separate businesses rather than individuals on the financial statement was deemed as an error through inadvertence. 3 The Committee is satisfied by the evidence that the in kind- contributions were made by individuals and not corporations, and should have been recorded as such on the financial statement.
